注塑機(jī)機(jī)筒螺桿安裝注意問題

注塑機(jī)螺桿一般情況下可分為加料段、壓縮段、均化段。不同的螺桿三段所占的比值不一樣，螺桿槽深不一樣，螺桿底徑過渡形式不一樣。
　　螺桿是注塑機(jī)的重要部件。它的作用是對(duì)塑料進(jìn)行輸送、壓實(shí)、熔化、攪拌和施壓。所有這些都是通過螺桿在機(jī)筒內(nèi)的旋轉(zhuǎn)來完成的。
　　需要注意的內(nèi)容如下：
(1)給螺栓的螺紋和螺桿頭羅紋表面均勻涂上高溫防緊蝕膏，以防日后擰不出來；
(2)螺桿型號(hào)確認(rèn)；
(3)安裝螺桿頭確認(rèn)止逆環(huán)介子前后端面與螺桿貼合端面要吻合；
(4)注意在把螺桿裝入料筒時(shí)止逆環(huán)要用手扶住輕輕往里推，預(yù)防止逆環(huán)掛到料筒端面；
(5)注意螺桿頭擰緊方向是逆時(shí)針；
(6)螺絲必須是強(qiáng)度級(jí)別12.9級(jí)的優(yōu)質(zhì)螺栓，給螺栓的螺紋表面涂上高溫防緊蝕膏；
(7)前法蘭與料筒螺絲一定要對(duì)稱均勻擰緊；
(8)注塑機(jī)螺桿料筒冷卻系統(tǒng)要清理干凈，保證通暢。注意正確使用生料帶，纏在工藝螺塞上。
